I concur in the judgment, but I do not agree to the proposition that the contract limits plaintiff's damages to twenty dollars. I adhere to the views expressed in my dissenting opinion inDonlan v. Southern Pacific Co., 151 Cal. 777, 11 L.R.A. (N.S.) 811, [91 P. 603].
