1Í1 I join in the Opinion of the majority. However, I do not believe that the trial court can be faulted in its application of Bridges v. Chatta, 821 A.2d 590 (Pa.Super.2003), as I find that court’s discussion of the common law arbitration standard of review to be ambiguous. I believe our decision today clarifies the Bridges analysis.
