I concur in Judge Fain's opinion. I also believe the trial court could have considered Terry Beal's pattern of non-support for the years preceding his incarceration, as well as the fact of incarceration, in determining that Beal had no justifiable cause for his non-support for the requisite period next preceding the adoption petition. See, Dallas v. Dotson (1996), 113 Ohio App.3d 484.
