GROSS SEXUAL IMPOSITION:

The element of "for the purpose of sexually arousing or gratifying" the victim or the offender is satisfied when there is circumstantial evidence from which the fact-finder can infer the purpose of the act was for sexual gratification; a sexual purpose can be inferred from the nature of the act if a reasonable person would find that act sexually stimulating to either the offender or the victim.
