{¶ 26} I respectfully dissent. I would sustain appellant's second assignment of error. Appellant provided sufficient grounds under GTE Automatic Elec. v. ARC Industries, Inc. (1976),47 Ohio St.2d 146, to have the default judgment vacated. I would reverse.
