I reluctantly concur with the majority's opinion inasmuch as it is my opinion that this court was correct in its holding in Maumee v.Weisner (Aug. 21, 1998), Lucas App. No. L-97-1409. I reach this conclusion based on the recent United States Supreme Court case ofFlorida v. J.L. (2000), 120 S. Ct. 1375. It is my belief that the Ohio Supreme Court decimated the Fourth Amendment with its decision in Maumee v. Weisner (1999), 87 Ohio St. 3d 295.
