City of Dallas and Cause No. 1-95-107, styled George G. Parker, et al. v. City of Dallas in the 382nd District Court of Rockwall County, Texas, for the limited purpose of allowing the parties to finalize a settlement. 3. This case is removed from the Court's active docket until September 4, 2018, by which time the parties must file either a status report or a motion to dismiss.
