TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2. The appellants’ briefs were filed on January 24, 2018, and February 12, 2018, making appellee’s brief due March 5, 2018. On March 6, 2018, the appellee filed a motion for extension of time requesting a thirty day extension to file its brief. The motion is GRANTED IN PART. Appellee’s brief must be filed no later than March 26, 2018.
