The STATE of Texas, Appellee From the 187th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2014CR8370B The Honorable Joey Contreras, Judge Presiding ORDER On December 5, 2017, appellant filed his notice of appeal. On February 6, 2018, the court reporter responsible for preparing the reporter’s record in this appeal filed a notification of late record, stating that the appellant has failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the fee for preparing the reporter’s record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c). _________________________________ Karen Angelini, Justice IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 8th day of March, 2018. ___________________________________ KEITH E.
