    IN RE GHAZAN KHAN, Relator
Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus
    MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, Ghazan Khan, has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus, challenging
the trial court’s order denying his motion for summary judgment.1

The underlying case is Ghazan Khan v. Faithland Healthcare & Rehab Inc. Clinic

summary judgment until after the rendition of a final judgment in this case will not
skew the proceedings, potentially affect the outcome of the litigation, or compromise
