Rape is the offense; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of 35 years.

There is before this court no statement of the facts heard upon the trial; nor is there presented for review, in accord with the legal procedure, any rulings of the trial court. The indictment appears regular.

The judgment is affirmed.
