Conviction for selling intoxicating liquor; punishment, one year in the penitentiary.

The record is before us without bills of exception or statement of facts. The indictment correctly charges the offense, to which appellant pleaded guilty. The judgment and sentence are in conformity with law.

No error appearing, the judgment will be affirmed.
