Menu:
  • — Appeal by the defendant from three judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Booth, J.), all rendered February 24, 1982, convicting him of robbery in the first degree under Indictment No. 2814/79, attempted escape in the first degree under Indictment No. 3101/80, and assault in the second degree under Indictment No. 4535/80, and from a judgment of the same court, rendered July 21, *9281983 (Demakos, J.), convicting him of attempted robbery in the first degree under Indictment No. 734/82, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences.

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant’s assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel’s application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see, Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Paige, 54 AD2d 631; cf., People v Gonzalez, 47 NY2d 606). Bracken, J. P., Sullivan, Harwood, Rosenblatt and Copertino, JJ., concur.
