Our opinions are still in a state of fluxation. There is no stability. This opinion is in conflict with Thompson v.Department of Labor Industries, 10 Wash. 2d 277,116 P.2d 372, and other opinions of this court on the question presented in the case at bar. Why the tergiversation? The only explanation which I can conceive is the perverseness of human nature.
