(dissenting) — In my opinion the evidence justifies the conclusion that the guaranty given by Woolley to the respondent was understood to be, and was in fact, the guaranty of the appellant bank, and not the personal guaranty of Woolley. For this reason, I dissent from the conclusion of the majority.
