I concur in the decision, not because the rule announced inFayetteville Building Loan Association v. Fire InsuranceCompany, 105 W. Va. 147, 141 S.E. 634, should be modified or that the standard mortgage clause applies only where the insured has an insurable interest in the property covered by the policy, but solely on the ground that the mortgage and the insurance in this case cover entirely different properties.
